According to the script for "Lost Planet of the Gods, Part II", during the discussion between Adama, Tigh and Omega as they enter the Void, an extension of said-scene has Omega receiving a distress signal from the freighter Yarborough.
According to the script for "The Man with Nine Lives", Siress Blassie says she is billeted to a ship called the Crucible, which may or may not be the name of the Senior Ship.
